Elizabeth Bowen has been with the firm since 1999. She received her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1998 after graduating from Purdue University in 1986.
Ms. Bowen concentrates her practice in Condominium and Community Association Representation, addressing a broad range of legal issues for the Firm’s Association clientele. As the former supervising attorney in the collections department, she developed a significant depth of experience in association assessment collection and foreclosure litigation. Ms. Bowen’s practice is focused in the areas of general association representation and litigation. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and she is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Ms. Bowen served as President of the Miami Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security and managed residential and commercial real estate projects prior to pursuing her legal career.
