Berenice M. Mottin-BergerAssociate
Berenice Mottin-Berger joined the Firm in 2015. Her practice is focused on Commercial and Construction Litigation, as well as Community Association Law.
Ms. Mottin-Berger received her Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the University of Miami in 2010, and earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015.
While in law school, Ms. Mottin-Berger completed the University of Miami's Litigation Skills program with Honors, and was a member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board. As a member of the Moot Court Board, Ms. Mottin-Berger competed in national competitions where she received awards for her brief writing and oral advocacy skills.
Following her second year of law school, Ms. Mottin-Berger served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kathleen M. Williams, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
Ms. Mottin-Berger is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
