Emily Troesch practices in the areas of Construction Law and Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the areas of complex construction and commercial litigation, surety defense, appellate law, insurance defense, banking and real property.
Ms. Troesch has substantial experience representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects and other construction industry professionals in an array of construction disputes. She has also helped clients navigate through complex commercial disputes, representing both individuals and companies in a wide variety of cases.
Ms. Troesch attended the University of Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing, magna cum laude, in 2004. She then attended the Florida State University College of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2007. During law school Ms. Troesch served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007.
