Lindsey Thurswell LehrAssociate
Lindsey Thurswell Lehr joined the firm in 2015 after serving for several years as an associate attorney with another South Florida law firm, where she focused on construction litigation, commercial litigation, real estate law, and surety and fidelity litigation. She has extensive experience in representing general contractors, architects, condominium associations, subcontractors, real estate developers, investors, landlords and lenders in matters including construction defects, contract drafting, commercial leasing, landlord/tenant negotiations, and general contracting disputes.
Mrs. Lehr earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2007 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2010 from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice by The Florida Bar, the Illinois Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar. Mrs. Lehr has also been recognized as a Rising Star by the Florida Super Lawyers.
