Michael Toback joined the firm as an associate in 2015. He focuses his practice on Community Association Law. Mr. Toback earned his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 2010 and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2013.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toback was an associate practicing creditors’ rights law at another South Florida law firm where he handled numerous litigious matters in courtrooms throughout the state. During law school, Mr. Toback completed a judicial internship in the Chambers of the Honorable Judge David A. Haimes of the 17th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Toback is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. He is also a member of both the Craig S. Barnard chapter of the American Inns of Court and of the American Bar Association.
