Oscar Rivera to Speak at RECon: The Global Retail Real Estate Convention on May 22nd

Join Oscar Rivera at ICSC's RECon: The Global Retail Real Estate Convention taking place in Las Vegas on May 21-24, 2017. The RECon convention provides networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals. On May 22nd, Oscar Rivera will be presenting a course titled "How You Draft Your Lease Can Make You Money," which is scheduled to take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. This workshop will teach participants strategies and tactics of negotiating and drafting monetary provisions, including minimum and percentage rent, security deposit, operating costs, real estate taxes, tenant allowance and the like. Michael Clark to Speak at the Forum's Fall 2017 Meeting on October 5-6th

Michael Clark will be presenting a course titled "Who is Your Client? Ethics in Contracting" at the Forum's Fall 2017 meeting. The event will be held at the Westin Copley hotel in Boston, Massachusetts on October 5-6, 2017. The program will explore various ethical issues that construction attorneys face when negotiating contracts and representing their clients in contract negotiations.
